Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
How to exercise the right
Inform Alexander Diener, Rohweg 56, 37671 Höxter, Germany, alexander.diener@kursavo.de by an unambiguous statement of your decision. You may send a letter, email or use the permanently available ‘Withdraw from contract’ electronic function. Sending it before the period expires is sufficient.
Effects of withdrawal
Following a valid withdrawal, we reimburse payments received under the contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving the statement. We use the same payment method unless another method is expressly agreed; no reimbursement fee is charged.
If you expressly requested service to begin before the withdrawal period ended, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion supplied before withdrawal compared with the full contract.
Digital content
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right may end when performance begins only if you expressly agreed to early performance, acknowledged the resulting loss of the right, and received the statutory contract confirmation. Without those conditions, the statutory right remains.

Electronic function
Open /en/withdrawal, enter your name, contract or order and confirmation email, review the details and select ‘Confirm withdrawal’. A confirmation containing the statement, date and time will be sent immediately by email.
